Maanas Homestay - Home Stay in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

We stayed as a family of 6. Fairly clean and filled with all amenities. The staff was very supportive and helpful. A good spacious apartment for a family stay, with hall space, dining table, kitchen with facilities and 2 rooms with attached bathroom. We enjoyed our stay especially kids as they had so much space to. run around

This is an individual home stay. It's 1.5 km from the bus stand but the location will feel like a home feel. There is no service available all the time. If needed you need to call up the owner and get a service person online. Needed things were in place and not needed to call them for me. If you walk for 500 mts you will get food for breakfast and good coffee. Really loved the pent house and will be coming back here for a comfortable stay. The owner was a really very friendly type of person. Only concern was no pick up will be available. I felt discomfort only when I returned from tirupathi and couldn't walk back to the homestay. For a solo traveller like me this homestay looks affordable and budget friendly too.

Best homestay with the best price. They gave us a whole flat with 2 bedrooms,a hall and a kitchen which is big in size. The price is also very reasonable. The kitchen consists of an electric stove and some utensils to cook. Bedrooms are large in size with 2 big size beds and a single bed in each bedroom. It's not much far from bus stand and the area is also very quiet and neat. Best homestay for a family. Will definitely visit again when we come to tirupati.

Rooms are good, but owner cheated us by saying we have room for next day for mentioned price, but next day he was not keeping his promise. Checkout timings were 11AM, but caretaker woke us up at 9AM itself claiming next customer had arrived. We left stranded and had to move out. Behaviour of the owner was pathetic way he spoke with us. Location wise also it is very interior and roads were dug in. Auto guy had to do round and difficult to find. Not well connected and locality is not that great. Avoid this Edited: May be you don't understand language we speak, hence you dint understand what we were asking. We are not so cheap to ask AC room for non ac price. And moreover We checked in at 11 instead of 12, but you were happy to vacate us at 9am and allow 10am check-in for next customer which shows your hypocrisy and money mindedness. Just to remind you we are staying two people not one. So these are genuine accounts.

It will be horrible if you are travelling with your family and booking gets cancelled in the last minute without intimation or alternate arrangement. My friend experienced the same with Maanas Homestay!!

Very decent and well managed accommodation. It was bigger than what I anticipated. The owner was of instant help for any needs. Good option for families and especially with kids.
