This is a place where goats are slaughtered , it's so ugly to see such ruthless humans killing goats to please cosmic mother , how foolish and ignorant these guys are , brahmins/pandits of this temple are blot on Sanatan Dharma . People must avoid taking there kids and children here as it can be a traumatic experience to see blood and death in front of their eyes .
It is a very renowned temple. If you're into worship then it is a perfect place for you to visit. It has a very peaceful environment and you will feel calm here. People from different parts of the country visit here . The best time to visit here is off season however it has another type of environment during Dusshera.
I felt very peaceful and not a busy environment ...and free environment !!Enjoyed lot and peacly!!I recommend everyone to visit!! Shri Ugratara Mandir, Mahishi, Saharsa is situated at a distance of about 17 Kms west of Saharsa station in Mahishi village. In this ancient temple, the idol of Bhagwati Tara is said to be very old and draws devotees from far and wide. On either side of the main deity, there are two smaller female deities which are worshipped by the people as Ekjata and Nil Saraswati. I had provided some of the photos ..I hope that may help You !! If any problem than tell me!!
