Need to be very careful when booking AC rooms here in peak summer. Ask the hotel to start AC 2 hours before you check-in and do check-in only if you are satisfied that AC is cooling properly.

Needs improvement in every sphere of activities!Not upto the mark

Room were small & untidy. Washroom were not clean at all... Television were not in working condition. Landlines were not working too. Cleanliness is not there at all. Hotel lift is not automatic, you have to close the gates from hand. Prices are cheap but hotel rooms should be good. (Baba Baidyanath Mandir is near to this hotel)

Worst experience ever. Poor service. Poor rooms. AC doesn't work, running water issues.

Worst service ever experienced

Hotel is good. Reception is good. But cleanliness is not so good. I have experienced a lot of noise at night. I could not sleep properly.

I have booked room through OYO for 2 nights. But hotel authority did not allow us for check in. OYO representative talked with hotel manager. Manager said " all rooms are occupied ". I was on hold for 20 minutes and called again. OYO did not take any necessary actions. Ultimately I had to book another hotel. Worst experience with OYO.

They will loot you if u book hotel saying rent 1400-1500 ... whereas u will get rooms in near hotel within 500
