I went to the store for purchasing Silver items and one little gold locket for my niece. Things I liked are I got what exactly I was expecting, I also explored the collection available - All collections were good and we can order separately on our demand as well which is really a great thing. Another thing I would like to highlight is Staff behavior - which was good, but only the things which I didn't like was Staff was very slow, they were not aware of few things where they are in the shop, they were waiting for Owner to be available for letting them know all the time! Which may be fine for any new staff. Another thing is staff was not letting me know the Price and the reason is same they were waiting for Owner to be available to let them know. Suggestion: Train staff to be Agile and be aware of things what is happening in the Shop. Overall experience was great!! Will suggest others to visit the store if anyone is planning for taking any gold/silver items.
They have a great selection and have been great to work with. So glad we stopped in one Sunday and found the perfect rings. Everyone comments on my wedding ring and how perfect it is for my engagement ring that was from another store and has my grandmother's diamond in it.
The owner is very courteous and supportive. Discounts provided was also good.
