Maa Kamakhya Hotel and Multi Cuisine Restaurant - Hotel in Bongaigaon, Bhakarivita [Pt] - Bongaigaon, India

Good place to live for a day or two. The rates of room are very good. The food quantity and quality is awesome.

I went there on 31/05/2023. When I reached the hotel, they informed me that the hotel was fully booked. I told him that I had an online booking. Then they told me that they tried to call me several times but unable to contact me, mentioning that my number is not valid. When I checked, I found that they dialed the wrong number without adding "+" in front of 91 (+91 is country code). During this conversation, the owner of the hotel arrived, and he dialed my number, and my phone rang. Then he told his manager that he had dialed the number wrongly and that he made the mistake. Luckily, the hotel had constructed news rooms for customers. Then the owner told the manager to allot me the newly constructed room which is not even open for customers till date. The room is big enough for me with all kinds of facilities (without a TV till date). The staff is very helpful. I like the atmosphere. But, due to some unintentional mistake by the hotel authority, I have to wait for a long time to check in.

Good hotels at cheap price. I booked a non-ac room,but,the humidity and temperature is very high so, I change my room in ac room. It is a fantastic thing that there are ac in all rooms if you on your ac the charge of ac will be added to your bill. One more thing, the walls are deluxe, I mean the style of the walls are so good. And the staff behaviour?? I have no words to say. The restaurant service was very quick and quality of food was also fantastic.All over the rooms are new and fantabulous..

Stay away from this place. I would absolutely not recommended this for couples, if you are a single guy - you can manage. The rooms are not maintained, water damage on the walls, design is non existent. Very tacky and scary, like from a horror movie.

the room is good, specious. bathroom is clean, staff behaviour is also gentle.location is good.i like the hotel and want to stay there again

Don't expect any luxury, but at price it's very good indeed , just walking distance away from railway station and very friendly front desk staff
