Nice shop, good staff, best price and some really good jewellery collection.
Pathetic place.. Neither staffs are enough trained to entertain customer nor manager is interested to check with customer.. Staffs they pretend to be busy as obvious it's not staff responsibility to sell the jewellery.. Visited their shop today and I must say no staff included managers bother or try to connect with customer..They all works properly till the owners or his wife is there.. i must say owner and his wife is more concerned about their customer and try to sell the product as much as they can . Even the staff and manager they only work on their owners face or infront of them they pretend to be busy but actually they aren't. Will never visit this place again.. it was so bad experience where I asked my parents to left the place immediately and visited to their neighbour alankar shop.. they do attend their customer also the manager he is actually concerned about the shop and the manager would be the first person in alankar who actually welcome uh and request you to take a sit with smile.. But in Gayatri manager doesn't even bother to come an talk even if u request him multiple time though he is not.. coz he only works in front of the shop owner. Bluddy hate this shop Just because of manager and staff.. Will make sure never purchase anything from this shop.

Pathetic experience..... They charged so many hidden charges...firstly they made u select product..after spending 2-3 hrs u selected all the jewelry for bride..after then they made u know about hidden charges n said aapki marji lo yaa mat lo...so rude behavior...most of the people dont know abt it...just go to brand showroom otherwise these types of chindi dukan wale lootne ko baithe hai
