This place is a halt-point for majority of the transport within this route. It has a hotel along with lodge too. It has a tea and snacks stall outside it's main building. It also has public toilet (it has bath facilities also). It has ample parking for the bus and trucks.
Whenever you will visit here, you will face always unethical behavior by the staff. They always charge additional amount for cold drinks which is Rs.5 or 10 beyond the MRP. If say them that price can not be charged more than the MRP, the manager will refuse sell the product in a very rude manner. The local authority should monitor this kind of sellers.
I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to dine at this Restaurant, and I must say that it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance felt lackluster and uninviting. The restaurant's decor seemed outdated, and the lighting was dim, making it difficult to see the menu.
The food is good overall but there is scope of improvement
Fooding stop for passengers traveling by road... 24x7 open... food quality not so good but you can take food within a short time... lots of stalls like tea, paan, snakes, cold drinks, mangos (seasonal), etc. Parking lot also available Infront of the hotel...
Cheap and nice place for food enroute to Malda from Raiganj on Siliguri Kolkata route. What is good is place has ample place for parking and toilets which are not chargeable but the upkeep is not that good. I like to recommend this to people going by road or most of the buses stop here at night for food.
A common stoppage for all the buses going towards Kolkata be it AC or non ac...they generally stop here for dinner break... Washroom are a concern...found stinky and poorly maintained... The lower level has washrooms for both men and women... The upper level is having the restaurant...can't say much about the food as we were already carrying food with us...
Food is not very good.but if you hungry so its ok to eat.but i thing i must maintain that the hotel is clean.but food quality is not very good.but they serve very fast.so if you in a hurry its best place for you but if you are really a food lover so this place is not for you.
