Maa Annapurna hotel in Varanasi, area of Shivalay very poor quality hotel. All the staffs and owner of this hotel are cheater. We are stayed for 4 to 5 days for the purpose of Kasi viswanath darshan. But they are cheating with us a lot in different way by booking car and train ticket. Another thing is that, the meal of this hotel is very very poor, can not explain. They provide us so much old curd in breakfast which was very sour, in one night they served us dal, rice, mixed veg, but we can not eat, it was so dirty and rotten rice, from the meal very bad smell is coming , Dal is also rotten. Next day we don't ordered any meal from them. Then they provide us dirty , torn, old blanket which was very very old, can not explain it. Next day my dad told them to booked a car for Varanasi airport, hotel owner has charged from us 1200/ , the car was so dirty and driver was completely unprofessional, bad smell is coming and same route from hotel to airport ola/ Uber charged 500 to 590. In front of me, they has taken 500/ and told me to give driver 700. In generally, they are below standard people, cheater and thief and they can't control their greediness in such a way. My suggestion to Varanasi people and other tourist please don't book such type of bad quality hotel for Kashi Vishwanath yatra. They are completely looters and their behaviour are too bad, and in night it is not possible to sleep in hotel because so much noise surrounding hotel due to repairing the hotel building and wash room is very dirty, all times bed smell is coming, no cleaners here and they don't provide any drinking water. Very bad experience gained in Varanasi tour. Very pathetic

Good and comfortable rooms at budget price. Only having common washroom and toilet. There is a hotel in ground floor where you can eat south Indian food at a very reasonable price. If you can manage with common washroom, then this place is good for you and it is near Mansarovar Ghat.

less price, rooms and common washroom are clean. beds, pillow and bedsheets are NOT in good condition. chutney that comes with tiffins is totally water. if you want to stay out late after 11pm and want to go out before 5.30AM not possible and felt like property owner getting into my personal space when i received a call from him at 11.30PM(funny part is i said i ll stay at friends and told him he can close the doors but he insisted me to come back asap)

It's economical accommodation available very near to Maansarovar Ghat, it's adjacent to Ramtarak Andhra Ashram. Hear you get South Indian tiffins in break fast,lunch and dinner. The rooms size is 10 feet by 10 feet and 10 by 15 feet with common Toilet and Bathroom. It's ground + 2 floors. In ground floor they have Annapurna Restaurant and in the 1st and 2nd floor they have 4 rooms in each floor. The corner rooms are a bit bigger with shared balcony. The room tariff for 24 hours is Rs.250/- only which very very economical particularly in Varanasi, in a tourist place the accommodation cost more than other things. The rooms are very small but very neat and clean and only one double bed with cotton mattress and a blanket is there in each room. Only sufficient for two people not for big families. Near by there is four tea stall's, 1 kirana general store, 2 puja and gift items store,2 clothing store where they sell sarees are available. It is almost 4 to 5 kilometers from Railway Station. You should take an Autorickshaw to reach this place. The view of the Ganga matha (River Ganga) from the maansarovar ghat is soothing to eyes and heart. The view is very beautiful. Which is only a minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this place to all the travelers, specifically to South Indian tourist.

Because, the bedrooms were so hot that the fans don't work, my bedroom was one without the bathroom, who seriously does that. I barely got sleep. The restaurant was horrible, they only kept dosa or idli , how do you call it a restaurant!!!!!!!!

Worst service, bad way of talking, spitting everywhere in hotel even in rooms, go if you want to loss your purpose and want to take your mood in fighting.
