The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in 24 hrs. We got to hotel super early and I didn't want to wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
Room service was bad. The tv Remote was missing. we called and asked for it 2 times but still they didn't bring it. We asked them to make a wake up call at 5am as we have a train to catch. But they didn't. The price is ridiculous. No amenities in the room. There is a restaurant on the ground floor but the food there is horrible
Today I had a Lunch Veg Thali at M5. It's so delicious of each and every item. Really enjoyed one of the best South Indian meals. They served with a good manner. All staff is very professional and polite behaviour.
Strategically located, well appointed, neat and tidy hotel, with helpful management, ready to offer fair discounts to senior citizens, has an attached multi-cuisine restaurant, a wide choice of complimentary breakfast for the guests. Recommended for visitors to Vijayawada for a few days' stay.

Location is easily accessible...rooms were decent enough with decent prices ...service was ok-ok...they won't allow u even 20 mins of grace time for check out ..so had to rush for it..even when it was off season..buffet dinner n breakfast were good with varied veg options

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
