Worst experience ever. Not expected this. I have booked premium room with breakfast. Room is not even standard. And as we did check in at 9.30pm...they hotel restaurant people denied for any food. Room was stinking like toilets...no towels , nepkins, toiletries provided. AC not working...and fan works with high frequency only... means regulator of fan not working... I suggest...even if it's last day of your life.. Don't Book Room in This M3 boutique hotel madurai. Don't waste your money.

Much against my wishes, hubby booked here because our usual stay was full. When we asked to see the rooms - they said you have seen the reviews. So rest assured that nothing is going to improve. Just reviewing to help others who may be looking.

I arranged a corporate reservation, and the individual responsible for travel arrangements within my company reserved a double bedroom for two occupants. However, only one guest's name was provided during the booking process, as the identity of the second person had not yet been confirmed. This detail seemed inconsequential due to the room being booked for three occupants. Regrettably, upon our arrival, the Hotel Staff refused entry to the second guest, despite the booking indicating accommodation for three people and we were asked to pay additional amount. Additionally, the room did not meet cleanliness standards, with the toilet appearing inadequately sanitized. The vanities and accompanying fixtures displayed signs of rust.. Furthermore, the behavior of the staff was far from satisfactory. I strongly advocate for the hotel to display more compassion towards its guests and ensure a respectful treatment. My experience was highly disappointing.

Pros: Enough car parking place Friendly room service and reception Cons: Room is enough big size with sofa, so the Air conditioner is not enough for the room size. So you need to depends on the two fan. Bed mattress and pillows are not upto mark. Looks pretty old. The worst part is the restroom. Bathroom doors , taps everywhere salt strains. Bathroom fittings are very old and Lot of strains. Bathroom is very small it's not comfortable at all.

Unlimited free breakfast they provide and it is very tasty. The staff is supportive and caring only minus point is washroom is not clean hence please also check the washroom before finalizing the room. Mosquitos are also there. Rooms are good and comfortable.

It's good enough room only for 1 person. Strict no if looking for a family. There is no privacy, as the bathroom doors are translucent and can see what one is doing inside bathroom. Bathroom flush doesn't work. They made us wait for 1 hour even after showing online booking from agoda. When agoda call centre spoke to them, then only they are accepting the booking. Very unprofessional. It's only good for 1 day stay for 1 Pax.

Could see more of Negative reviews at the time of booking, but at the time of my stay Staffs were Very Good and Friendly, Food was good, Rooms were neat and spacious with required facilities. All the amenities were in good condition.

Hotel room is very small, cleaning is very bad, fungussed wall and dusty, smelley pillows and bed linen was not changed and found lot of hairs in previous stayed guest, bathroom is smelling, full of dirt, dust and walls are stained and wc is very dirty, scale formation and room is not worthy to stay and corridors are smelling and stained, more over not worthy to stay, I won't recommend and don't get confused on seeing online pictures, we have got sick after staying and recently stayed on 15th September"23
