M-zone ( VIVA FITNESS) - Exercise equipment store in Amritsar - Amritsar, India

Bought viva fitness exercise bicycle last year. It developed some problem with in one year. The complaint was made on 15 th April, 2022.they took away some part and it has been 2 months but the part has not been put back yet. I am repeatedly told that the part is not available. Cycle which cost me rs 27000 is lying waste in a year. Addition...... Now I'm happy. Cycle is repaired. No charges taken for repair or transportation. Adding stars to team of M zone. There was genuine prblm in part procurement. Thanks

This is the best place to shop for branded products at reasonable price... the staff is very well educated and polite..their services are excellent....I buy all my equipments from mzone only..I highly recommend it

Rude service for way too overpriced low quality equipment.

Bad service. Took advance for an equipment but even after 4 weeks didn deliver it. Had to get the advance money back after few visits.
