Doctors are very good in behaviour but the local staff is like the district magistrate lavel attitude and also misbehaving with patients. Please hire some good and behave staff

Hospital is good and they have a very good staff too. But the washrooms are in a very poor condition. Being in Indore the cleanest city of India I expected much more but the very same problem of poor hygiene can also be faced here. The doctors are pretty good at their diagnosis. But I took an online appointing which was not applicable here. So i advice to avoid the online appointments when you are visiting MY..
This is a state govt hospital also very nice hospital.. It has a very big campus with 24x7 emergency facility and opd open 6 days in week 9am to 2 pm except sunday. If you want to treatment in opd and want to good experience so you should come before it's opening time because after opening croud Continutioly increase. And according to my knowledge it's better then private hospital with high treatment charge. Here opd chard is only 10rs/person and it's also valid for next 6-7 days.

Very good hospital , this is government hospital so it is very cheap , almost everything is available for free or at very low cost ,like consulting , medicine , digonosis ,labs . All branch of medical care are available .
Be careful for ear ,they have no idea to clean wax. my advise is that you should go to another hospital.
