M/s Police Fuel Station - Petrol Pump in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

There 8 stations of petrol filling and very less staff on the field and rest of staff roaming here and there what are we public supposed to do waiting for more than half n hour do you think is it a right way to serve the public very poor service very disappointed

It's 00:01 hours and 19/10/2023, My Bike is not getting start and the Staff this pump is asking that I can't park my Bike here or else they will fine. I requested the staff that me n mechanic can come tomorrow morning n we will tow it out. But still he was very rude with the behaviour. Indeed staff replied to go n meet the owner at CP Office for this. Keep filling the Petrol with full tank and rest there is no courtesy to help in need. Petroleum Minsiter must come with law with limited kind of assistance and must cancel license of petrol pump who can't help the needy perso to at least keep part the bike for night.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this petrol pump and I can confidently say that it was the worst encounter I've ever had with a petrol pump in my life. The level of incompetence and utter lack of customer service displayed by the staff at this establishment is truly astounding. Let me recount the horror that unfolded during my visit. Firstly, the attendants at Petrol Pump seem to be completely oblivious to the concept of basic customer care. As I approached the pump with my bike, I requested the attendant to fill the tank with petrol. Instead of performing this simple task competently, he first hit my bike with the nosel damaging the inside of the tank letting metal scraps to go inside the tank. PLUS, The attendant managed to overflow my bike's tank, resulting in petrol spilling all over me and my beloved vehicle. It was an absolute disaster, not to mention dangerous, as petrol is highly flammable and I ride a 650cc and my bike was hot. I couldn't believe the level of carelessness and negligence displayed by the staff. I had to push my 200kg bike almost 40 meters just so that the kid on the bike behind me was safe. After that the manager come and fake scolleds the employee and ask me to pay the bill. The bill was 1137/- which is 10.71 liters. He asked me to pay the entire bill after dropping almost a liter out. The manager acted like a pure sales man and he didn't account for the discomfort and inconvenience they caused me. In the end he forced me to pay 1100/- saying that I don't know how much petrol was there in my bike. And in my record for past 6 month in the same petrol pump my avg paying has been not more than 980/- rs and it's been rare ive filled over 1000/- .Being a police petrol pump they managed to lie to me creating fake witnesses saying that hardly anything spilled out. It quickly became apparent that these employees and Manger were not only inept but also deceitful. So I payed 1100/- and left and decided to write this review Another incident, about 2 months ago while I was busy opening my tank lid, I happened to notice one of the attendants tampering with the meter readings when i weren't paying attention. It became evident that this petrol pump was engaging in deceptive practices, attempting to scam unsuspecting customers out of their hard-earned money. Such unethical behavior is absolutely unacceptable and should not be tolerated under any circumstances. I urge everyone to avoid this Petrol Pump Name at all costs. Their blatant disregard for customer safety, their scamming tactics, and their deplorable customer service make them unworthy of anyone's business. I have never encountered such a disgraceful establishment in my life, and I sincerely hope that my review serves as a warning to others. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable petrol pump that actually values its customers and their safety.

Cheaters. People who fill air , tamper with air valve. And break it. Later they say it's punctured. I saw it happening with 2 PPL.

Cheating... The meter is not showing the amount and it shows ' Er Message ' and when I asked for the bill they theh gave the handwritten bill instead of automatic machine generated one. really wonder why nobody is taking action after seeing the repeated reviews of cheating.

Found cheating twice. Once for the first time when I went there and told them to fill Rs2000 worth petrol then the attendent filled only Rs500 and then he said by mistake he filled Rs500. Other attendent kept me busy with talking and bringing QR code for scanning. I am sure he continued from there and then claimed that total is Rs2500 because the meter starts from zero again ( the dispenser showed only Rs2000). I trusted. Yesterday after long time I went there as this petrol station is on the way to my office. Again same thing happened I told the attendent to make tank full but he said by mistake he has set Rs500 and then made me to pay additional Rs500 than the meter reading. People should be very careful while visiting this place.

Feeling cheated .. it has happened twice with me.. ( first time in this petrol pump) after asking him to fill the tank to the fullest, he just fill the petrol worth rs 500. After discussing with his colleague ( not verbally but through actions) he again started the pump and filled the tank. I had atleast 25% fuel balance( fuel tank capacity of 40 L ) but he charged me for 36-37 liters of petrol. As expected an argument with the staff was of no use. So beware guys..

I was been cheated whn i asked the worker to make my tank full, tht time other worker came by and started distracting n the worker filling fuel said 70 hogaya where else i never said 70 and the reading was already at 70rs which he dint reset to 0 , as i was in hurry missed to complain the manager .
