If ur phone has broken down just throw it away. If u go here for repair ur time will be wasted and after repairing your phone will have other issues because people working in here don't have any specialised skill to repair. Other than that its too much expensive if you are out of warranty and if you are in warranty they will say its water damage so warranty does not apply and will loot you. For a small charging port damage they charged me Rs.1850 and after a week because of improper installation my volume button stopped working. The repair guy is very ride and for a small repair you have to waste a week sitting there atleast 4 to 5 hr. So if ur mobile is facing any issue exchange it online and buy another brand phone

Not opening on time ,poor service, employees ynot that cooperative and just want to drain your wealth not to genuinely help,,you guys told me that your handset is dead and will cost you 18000 to change the board and I got it repaired in just 500 rupees and he said that the guy who opened the handset in service centre was not knowing anything and may be he wast trying to repair by seeing YouTube tutorials You service centre guys made me to sit for full day and outside it took 30 mins to carry out the repair work Request to all please don't visit service centre if your handset is out of warranty
Motorola service centre....they charges a high amount for repair if any one's device is out of warranty then ,centre will charges a handsome fee for replacement or repair

Way too slow service. You will have wait so long for your turn. Besides theere is no fans or AC working properly. The rush makes the place even more warmer. Staffs don't seem user friendly at all. Only positive point, your problem with your cellphone is solved.
They will not solve your problem if your phone is in warranty.....and they ask double amount for any body parts......... worst services I have seen ever
