Overall this hotel has a convenient location being within walking distance from the railway station. However the prices seem a bit steep considering the quality of the accommodation. The presence of their own restaurant is a plus as it provides flexibility for guests. The rooms although spacious lack cleanliness which is a notable drawback. Moreover there are some issues with the availability of hot water in certain rooms and the elevator is out of order. Worst customer service, we have business executive room and hotel simply provided executive room, meal was booked in package but simple meal was given, which was too much oily and spicy, RO water given instead of pakage water, while check out bill was not provided

Clean and quiet rooms, good management and staffs. 100 M from Begusarai junction. Hotel offers complimentary breakfast with room booking and gives a very good service. It costs me Rs1699 + 12% GST for 2 person (Includes complimentary breakfast for two) with AC. Rooms are little small for the price. Room includes 1 TV, Cofee Table, Room service Telephone, Drawer, wardrobe, Ashtray, 1 Dental kit , Comb, Shaving kit, soap.

Very high price Pest are ther in washroom. In Menu card they written that breakfast availability is at 7-7:30 am but when you ask for same they denies and saying that staff come at 8:30. Behaviour was rude.

Food tasted good. Room size is small. Despite having informed the staff of my arrival time, room wasn't kept ready. It just met the requirements.
