Very bad experience from this hospital. Office staff & Nurse behaviour is very poor money minded worst service.

This relates to my very own experience. My baby girl was diagnosed with physiological jaundice on the 4th day after birth. My gynaecologist recommended this hospital. We reached the hospital around 3pmwhen the doctor was on break. The nurse took the baby and started phototherapy,informing us that she had spoken to the doctor and given the treatment here commended. Our baby was placed in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and we were given separate rooms. . At 5:30 in the evening, Dr. Somasundaram sir arrived and gave us a thorough explanation of the tests and treatment he will administer in order to rule out any additional causes of jaundice. When the test results arrived at 6 p.m., the doctor suggested the treatment would last for two days because everything was in our advantage.Additionally, the treatment was very effective, and on the third day, we were released. .And if you need a doctor for a consultation, I highly recommend him because he has a lot of expertise and a strong personality. However, if you need to have your newborn admitted to the NICU, my experience could be able to help. We had a lot of unpleasant interactions with the night shift nurse, so rather than listing them all, I'll just mention a few. 1) She immediately laid the responsibility for my daughter's jaundice on my wife, who is still reeling from giving birth four days earlier and seeing her baby wrapped in venflon. 3. The duty nurse left the NICU around 7 a.m. to prepare to leave, leaving the station unattended.When we asked the sweeping lady if therewas a nurse in the NICU when she walked out of the changing room, she coolly said, "Sweeping lady is sweeping there so if your kid cries she will let me now." Day 2 is much worse baby iv flow stopped which went unnoticed due to night duty nurse sleep baby hand got bumped out.she vomited. let me stop here. on the 3rd day baby was better she was changed to our room so I complained to the doctor about the duty nurse sleeping in NICU.he was really concerned and will act on it.I think he will in the coming weeks as his reputation and the other nurse commitment is put in the line because of a bad apple.

They won't understand the specific problem you are explaining. Instead they will give the same treatment for all kids which adds burden to your kid. Nurses will treat you as you know nothing about your baby and they know everything in 5 mins and won't listen to your side.

Very bad experience from this hospital. You can't get a single proper document from hospital for medical insurance claim. They arr not responding even I have visited the hospital 15 to 20 times. Office staff & Nurse behaviour is very poor money minded worst service.

Experienced doctor. Good care. Good approach. Much more facilities available for pediatrics. Pediatric care, Pediatric intensive care, Neonatal Intensive Care, pediatrics surgery . Bubble CPAP, Physiotherapy, Nebulizer also availed. I suggest this hospital for pediatrics.

Very good treatment for babies.
