Pathetic experience with staff and owner. I went to this shop as it is recommended but this is biggest mistake of my life. For wedding jewellery shopping we (my family and my wife's family) went to this shop. In ring section their executive show us rings for wedding. I specifically told him(executive) no diamond rings please as it is risky if diamonds fall down but executive convinced us and told us that as it will not fall down. Our diamond products are of high quality n blah blah. Eventually we convinced and bought diamond rings for me n my wife. But one diamond fell down then we(me and my wife) went to shop ask for repair of ring with new diamond and not for buying new things. Their(staff n owner) behaviour is all together different and rude. They were asking money to repair it. I have told them how come diamond fell down as it is of high quality. But they said not our problem. We can't repair it free. My biggest mistakes were I went to this shop and didn't ask them to write on bill as "diamond will not fall"..... Don't go to this shop and if you buy anything from this shop then take it in writing from them if any thing happens to their products. I am giving them 1 star rating as it is compulsory to select star to post review but actually it is Big Zero star rating shop. ...

Years of trust and believe which still continues. From a shop in sarafa line to showroom now have seen parents and relatives visiting here for every small or big occasion. Generations changed but the shop to hop for jewelry stayed the same. Nice and polite staff too.
First Shop to start 99.5Purity that is 24carat. Previous in chandrapur every jewellers were thugging customers by taking money for 24 carat and giving them 98% Gold instead of 99.5.Happy to see we have such a honest jewellery store in chandrapur.
