Ranjeeta from MR tours and travels was prompt to answer all my questions and doubts. Although I took more than a month but she was patient and helped in planning my trip as per my customized needs. The hotel stay, food, local sight seeing and bus tickets were done properly. Park plaza Hotel was nice with good food and the bus staff was helpful too If the local sight seeing driver would have given us adequate time then it would have been really amazing...

Had a great experience with MR Tours. Recently i went to Mahabaleshwar, Mrs. Ranita helped me a lot in finding best hotels with budget deals. She was very quick in response and well knowledged in clearing our doubts. Transparent, Very polite and caring person for our entire journey until you reach return back to sweet home safely. Everything was supperbbb : Bus journey, meals provided by hotel, Sightseeing and Stay at Hotel Pratap Heritage (only thing irritated me was No Mobile Network and Zero Wifi range in room) exept, everything was Thank you Ranita Ji & M R tour for making my trip most memorable.
Nice experience. Thanks to Ranjeeta madam for arranging a budget tour at a short notice. Everything was nice except the bus (Vighneshwar travels) came late during the pickup from Thane KTS boarding point. No waiting facilities are available this pickup point and literally I had to wait with my family for more than an hour on the road waiting for the bus. I hope this issue will be addressed soon. Other than that my tour was fantastic.
We were a group of 4 people. Ranjeeta ma'am was extremely cooperative. Our trip went smoothly and overall was a success.
