M.R Residency - Hotel in Kayamkulam, Kareelakulangara - Alappuzha, India

I recently stayed at the not Worth rate This room in MR Residency kayamkulam and was so disappointed. The room was very dirty and had not been cleaned in a long time. The bed sheets were stained, the furniture was dusty and there were cobwebs everywhere. It was definitely not worth the price I paid for it . there are much better rooms available in the area which provide much better value for money

Nice maintained and rooms were cleaned, Don't expect room service Hot water only in A/c rooms Price 2.2K for a/c rooms

Good well maintained rooms

Restaurant was not functional.They were not even able to provide a cup of tea. Hot water was also not available. No Wi-Fi, you need to tell them to clean your rooms. TV was having only 10 channels.

Excellent place to stay but worse experience with staff Deepa and Akhil . Wrong calculations for the stay and no ethics of hospitality services. Anitha is a helpful staff. Sandip is also helpful but must have allowed us to do procedures after we check in again with proper information to be provided as a receptionist. Akhil has no common sense to behave properly whit a woman customer be always careful with this staff .

Good hotel near Kayamkulam with high facilities. Easy to reach. Parking area available. Good neat rooms. Ac available. Plates available. Mini fridge in room.

I had very bad incident at this place after long stay ...no Proper responce ...not safe place for women and family ..kindly keep in mind staff local behavior no proper staff and no proper authority to complain no safe place for international customer...please I felt place is not safe for people to stay its with family not safe place for women
