Took modular kitchen set up done.... But the quality shown in the display and what they have provided doesn't match at all. It's been just few months and trolleys are already coming apart, handles are loose and what not.

Single star is also a very high rating for this mall. Because of pathetic experience in after service. They don't keep promise, don't have trust. 10 year warranty product purchased, in 2 years it's almost damaged but now MR team refuse to repair or help in any kind as that time warranty not mentioned on the invoice.

The worst service provided by any furniture mall is "M R Furniture mall'. They require money first no work before that. Measurement taken are not accurate and the work done is totally bogus and hopeless. They do the work 15 days late from the targeted date given by them. No shelf provided in the compartment extra charges for that, abe jab hum compartment bana rahe h to baki jaga kya andar baithne ke liye banayi h. No slider from one side of trolly. Gaps found at the corners. Naam bade darshan khote

Very bad service. Gave incomplete furniture, and didn't even listen to the concerns. Very unprofessional.

Lots of variety of furniture available but appears to be a little bit overpriced.

Pathetic Service. Mattress bought from store got sagging. Raised an issue with Century India. It's been over 3 months but it is still not addressed. They do not take any initiative to respond to customer grievances. Cupboard brought from the mall. Its door does not lock properly. Went to mall to personally to better state my issues. It's been a week now that no response is recieved from M R. Thanks for nothing!
