M R Bangur Super Speciality Hospital - Hospital in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

At first when its newly opened.. everything was fine .. their ac is working.. the hospital inside is so clean and maintenance is so good... staff behaviour sometimes rude sometimes ok.. not good at all... doctors are very much helpful.. my mother got her eye surgery done here... but recently (2023 in August) i went there and what i saw was there no ac.. even they don't have any fan in the entire floor except the reception desk or what it called where someone giving tickets... there is a long queue people are waiting and sweating.. the patients are getting uncomfortable... maintenance is very poor now... i request to our cm or health minister please do something about this.. for that reason only i took one star out...

This hospital is a complete nightmare. The staff were not only unprofessional, but they seemed completely incompetent. It's as if they had no idea what they were doing. The staff were arrogant and didn't seem to care about my well-being. The hygiene was appalling; I wouldn't be surprised if I left with more illnesses than I came in with. The entire experience was a traumatic one, and I'm still trying to recover from the emotional distress caused by this place. Avoid at all costs if you value your health and sanity.

The name is super specialty hospital but very bad behavior. Especially xray department, the behavior with patients is very bad they do whatever they want, it's nonsense, they delay it by giving excuses, even if the doctor writes it down, they won't do it and they say that it can't be done unless they write an emergency. They do whatever they want in government hospitals, there are no good rules and regulations

This hospital facility was good & carrying because my husband was admitted 11 day this hospital and I'm continue visit this hospital but some security guard not Good attend hospital patient this reason I'm giving 4 star....

Hospital is clean but after patients death they not giving dead body on proper time they are taking to much time after patients death we are still waiting and it's about 5 hours and still they say for extra 1 to 2 hours.

This is a comparatively new hospital with best of equipments and other facilities but then there is not enough number of doctors. There is tremendous crowd of patients and their relatives who crowd the corridors. Staff behaviour is at the worst and doctors examination is perfunctory. Sad state of affairs.

Though government hospital but recently service and treatment has been improved a lot. Well connected with all the transport service. Also have the emergency department. It's a new building and beside this old MR bangur situated.

MR BANGUR SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITALS new building in tollygunge area offers various treatments like Orthopedics,Surgery,ENT,EYE ,Radiology,Physiotherapy & Anaesthesia.It is just opposite to Tollygunge golf club.Walking distance from Tollygunge metro,also connected through bus ,taxi & auto.
