I went there to buy rings, unfortunately they had two or three rings of my size. When asked if I can order any design, the sales executive straight forward said No. Very preliminary shop with no modern updates. They don't know how to talk to customers. I won't recommend this shop

They sold me 22k jewellery at the price of 24 k gold....but i realize it recently when my friend shared her experience with tezpur mp jwellers...and also one of my friends told me that when she tried to exchange her 24k gold coin with jwellery at tezpur mp jewellers they told her that the price of her gold coin will reduce to 22 k gold...so she didnot exchange her gold coin at tezpur .mp jewellers....
Not bad... collection are not so good. Behavior of staff also not good. They were not provide chair, water etc.There was also a falty in bill.So please check...Making charge also higher than compair to other jewellery shop.
Collections are good. But very unfriendly staff, especially the lady in the ring corner. Went to buy ring today (24.8.19) and she showed such a bad attitude. She was not responding. Very much disappointed. The staff on Jorhat, even in ghy, was customer friendly and responsive. But, the tezpur staff, just worst; especially that lady (fair skin tonned with curly hair). Never going to visit again.
