Very cooperative staff, and skilled and experienced doctors. The problem is with the administration. U have to run here and there while your ongoing treatment. Receipt on one counter, payment on other. Reports on one and so onn. The worst part of the whole hospital is its pharmacy. Its very very slow. For buying a set of medicine you have to wait for an hour. Pharmacy needs to improve. Its a hectic job to buy medicines from there. Rest all is good. P.s - Try Dosa in the canteen on the first floor. Its delicious.

Dear Team MP Birla Hospital Satna, Firstly i thanks to Dr Anil who is attending my son on 16/09/23 at very serious condition... Thanks sir for your responce time . At a same time my mother was admitted here responce time of doctors was very poor it say to zero Jr. Dr.'s are attending the patients with discussion of Sr. Dr.'s over phone or whatsup... More then 14 hrs. no doctors came to check the patient who is admitted in hospital.... Team birla hospital satna I am very sorry to say.....I never came back here (Birla Hospital Satna) better to somewhere else.... And recommended to others better go some othere hospital in satna.

Worst Hospital in Satna, They are just making money by admitting patients. Dr. Arunesh Singh is treating all patients including Heart Patients and he is not a qualified Cardiologist.

Very poor hospital in satna due to hear all facilities old system and staff behavior not good.

The worst hospital present in satna. In emergency wards there are no doctors, the clerk is examining the patient. Infact they are not examining the patient at all, only they connect the machine and they tell you . Myself being a doctor, have never seen anyone treating patient like this in emergency. When I told that person I'm a doctor, he told me apni doctri jaha se ho wahi jhado. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone if you love your loved ones. They are not sitting there to treat patients, they are sitting there to kill patients literally.
