We only lately discovered this fabulous fine jeweller . The premises are beautiful, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They resized my ring and delivered it all the way to thrissur and the prices were very reasonable. In fact better than many other jewelries I have visited. Shopping at the M.O.D. store in Kochi is an experience on its own. The customer service team is patient and very understanding of their customers: they walk you through all the designs available and also suggest pieces based on what they've learnt of you. Mr. Jikku was the person I interacted most with, and he waited beyond closing hours to help me finalize my purchase. Mr. Akshay was also present at the store, and was quite engaged with customers during their purchase (it's rare for owners to be mingling with customers on a daily basis). Their pricing is not exorbitant considering the quality of designs! The jewellery pieces are versatile and timeless - easy to style and pair with any piece of ethnic clothing, they automatically elevate your overall look. I was also able to customize a bangle that went along with the neckpiece, they delivered this to my address outside of Kerala and on time. Dear MOD team, Thank you for making my wedding jewelry!
