I was referred to MM Joshi Eye Hospital for my retinal issues. I must say that the Hospital treats the patients very systematically with compassion and empathy. The doctors and facilities are best in class. My special thanks to Dr Guruprasad Sir who successfully treated my condition by giving the much needed assurance. Further, Pooja ma'am guided to process my insurance smoothly.The best part is - their genuine service oriented approach. Kudos to the management and staff for their selfless service.
As I have experienced it's a very good hospital having latest equipments, Dr S M Joshi is one of the very experienced doctor with a very polite and patient friendly behaviour. I am not recommending this place if you are looking for high quality lenses. We did our fathers cataract eye operation in this hospital (hubli branch) recently(aug 2023), we opted for best Mono-focal package of 45k and they also promised us placing the high quality lens in this package. but after the operation we found out that they inserted lens worth of 10k and charged 35k as operational cost which is truly truly unacceptable. During the counseling they dint reveal the price of the lens and even after the operation they dint provide the file like the other eye institute. We really felt cheated, for this package you get very good quality lenses in other eye hospitals. We came to this hospital only because of its reputation but it's really a money making business.
