Unclean rooms. The moment we entered we saw a family of cockroaches relaxing on the bed. The others rooms given doesn't have water heaters though mentioned it had everything during checking. Paying 1000 for a room to this lodge is a disappointment. Dont get carried away by the name residency and the other fake reviews. Imagine 7 people have to wait for hot water coming in buckets from external heaters!! Just one word...don't stay...
Not that good but acceptable price for such a price we stayed here for a night and a day and it just costed rs2200 for 4 person. Room service is not that good it takes about 10mins for the room boy to come. But I see him roaming in the corridor simply without work. But okay
The owners were very adjustable and allowed us to use it for more number of ppls... We booked 2 rooms, one each for boys and girls. Just for a quick bath and for getting ready... We were many in numbers, but were allowed.
New residency good maintenance at affordable price, this residency recently opened and the place is neat and clean rooms of different type of all are available, there no inbuilt restaurant and also there is no parking facility but the hotel is very much nearer to the panruti bus stand.
Choose the Right side rooms, I will give 10/10 for right side rooms, left side rooms 6/10. Staffs are good and friendly
