this is the worst hospital i have seen. and this is not a government hospital. the doctors who are working are unskilled and they treat patients unproperly. all the doctors are so young that they don't give attention towards patients instead they are busy gossiping with other doctors. some times they give lack information about patients health. my experience is worst. and I suggest you to not go this hospital if you want save your loved once life. worst experience ever on the name of doctors there are young boys who treat patients who dont have any experience, and they tell that you need to buy medicine from there medical only and rather than giving prescription in our hand they sent that to medical directly where u get a call from medical that we have received prescription n xyz is your amount that u have to pay my father in law was treated under government benefits still they told us to buy medicines after operation where we alredy provided all the necessary medicines they told us to provide which later they said that they didn't received any ,the doctors have tieup with medical and they insist to buy medicines from them only and after that they resell it to the medical and the prices were also high of the medicines as compare to other medical or pharmaceutical. worst worst experience

I had a terrible experience at the MGM hospital near Kalamboli Circle. The nurse assigned to me was unprofessional and seemed completely disinterested in providing care. The washroom facilities were in a deplorable state, with broken fixtures and absolutely no water. The staff, in general, were incredibly rude, and one nurse in particular displayed an arrogant attitude that was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against seeking medical care at this hospital. Only Dr.s were good.

Worst hospital I have ever seen. Full corruption, if you have money then you will go mgm Because they charged money before your report or anything. Even they will not checked up you or first aid if you egnore to pay money.

Slow work, corruption happens very often. "Trustee" hospital means free of cost or very less cost for everything whatever is done there. But they try to fool you by making pay twice or thrice for same test that is done once. And when someone discovers that they have paid double amount and asks to the doctor about it. Then they say something like is the money issue important than patients right now we are checking patients and you come on some later time or day. and that day never comes as people forget or leave the topic. This is not happening with one person it happens almost with every other person in the name of cheap or budget friendly treatment. Lakhs in every month and crores of rupees every year is earned like this way and FREE TREATMENT, TRAVELLING MEDICINE ETC ETC. Is PROVIDED TO MANY PEOPLE WHO Are FROM VILLAGE OF THE FOUNDERS.. WHICH IS NOT A FAIR WAY AT ALL. LET THEM ALSO PAY ATLEAST SOME AMOUNT THAT THEY CAN AFFORD INSTEAD OF LOOTING ALL OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE READY TO PAY. PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT THESE WRONG STRATEGIES. I regret to share my disappointing experience at MGM Hospital Kamothe. The process was exasperating, resembling to SBI bank in the medical field. After paying the bill, I was shuttled between different counters, a frustrating ordeal that took a toll on both my time and patience. Despite making three visits for a routine test for my mother, the hospital insisted on additional visits, a demand that became impossible to meet due to my mother's health limitations. It's disheartening that, despite being present to support her, the hospital compelled us to cover long distances within the premises, even though my elderly mother finds walking arduous. This added physical strain to the already stressful situation. While some staff members were helpful, the overall experience was marked by disappointment and frustration. I ultimately had to seek care from another hospital, as my mother's health condition prevented her from making further visits. This ordeal has left me deeply dissatisfied with the hospital's processes and patient care approach.

Absolutely pathetic hospital ! We were in a fatal accident on Mumbai pune expressway in 2022 February and were taken here by the ambulance since it was the nearest hospital. There was not one senior doctor on the floor that could attend to us in the emergency room, all young inexperienced interns / freshers who had no idea how to handle the situation and were extremely rude to us. They did not tend to my mother who was bleeding profusely in the head and after making us wait for half an hour they informed us that they didn't have a CT Scan machine so they couldn't check my mother and that we should go to another hospital. They didn't not even bother to help us arrange another ambulance, despite seeing that all 4 of us had been injured in the hospital. The staff should feel ashamed of themselves. I saw them yelling at other patients in the ER too! What behavior is this and what purpose are they serving? Absolutely ridiculous. Steer away from MGM in case of an emergency. We then went to Apollo Hospital in Nerul where they took really good and professional care of us in the emergency room.

This review is only for the vaccination part. Went everything smoothly. Just need a little bit of patience as they delay in everything without proper answers. We had to almost wait for half an hour for billing other than that, everything was as fast as it can be. They checked for temperature, blood pressure, oxygen levels and heart rate before and after the vaccination. Vaccine inoculation was quick. Everything was neat and tidy. Questions were answered appropriately.
