Nice gym with good equipment and nice fitness coach
It's been 6 months since I've joined this gym, the trainers know their stuff and the crowd is also decent. Good for Functional and CrossFit as well. 3 different sections don't let the workout area get crowded.
The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe.I am also a member there but I didnt see any kind off things happening there.. gym is good and the trainers are so friendly be it a male or female .. Here gym has all the equipments possible for each and every type of routine training may it be cardio,crossfit etc! They have the best trainers who will guide you throughout the entire regime!

Is it only related to the 3 Machines which are available at most of the gyms ?
Go on Google and search for meaning of cardio which you are blaming for and disrespecting the trainers as well as the members of the gym . Get a complete knowledge before quoting on someone !!!
