Medicine works but most of the doctors there just don't care, absolutely no concern for patients. Some post graduation student doctors are good. Some seniors are good. Sisters & ward boys are good. Medicines counter is always on a huge shortage. Inspite of all this their treatment is very good

Doctors are so attentive and humble, but the staff is horrible. OPD timing is 8 am to 12:30 pm. 5rs for case paper. I was admitted there to Shirodhara for 8 days. All panchakarma treatments are done by medical students who are doing internships at the hospital, they don't have much experience with that. Food is too bad, toilets and bathroom are dirty and stinky. Charges are 10 Rs for bed and 10rs for food per day. 20rs for therapy. I paid 360 rs for 8 days. They don't provide oil or other medicines, you have to pay for it. The nurses are the worst. All staff is expert doing mental harassment of patients. They don't have a simple manner of how to talk with patients and their relatives. But the doctors are too good I will give 5 stars to them. From my experience, I will never recommend you to go there for panchakarma. You might have to pay more money in Private hospitals, but you will get personal attention and lots of care too. But OPD is better.
