Great hospital with good doctors and infrastructure. But I noticed that their insurance claim department is pretty slow in processing the claims. The rooms at Alphonso ward are clean and well maintained on a daily basis.
A well-known hospital near Edappally, and the overall experience is good. The availability of doctors and their consultations are highly appreciable, both in general medicine and the orthopedic department. Dr. Paul used to head the orthopedic department earlier. However, in other departments such as the laboratory, the experience is not satisfactory due to inadequate staff for billing and blood collection. The behavior of the billing staff and their efficiency in handling transactions is also unsatisfactory. Considering it is such a reputable hospital, please ensure that your staff is available during working hours and adequately trained to handle transactions and computer systems.
A Good hospital with a group of very good staffs. I had done an HR Interview at this hospital and all the staffs were so coperative with me and my team. 'Compassionate care at Affordable rate' is the core value uphoalded by this hospital. Most suitable hospital for lower and middle class people.
