we have admitted for my father condition and stayed for one week. Honestly we cannot resist to stay there for one day itself. * Poor nursing management * Hospital is so unclean - I felt govt hospital is better than here. All needles are open and available in the floor. if someone gets the bite, any infection can catch him. Room is so smelly and cleaning staffs won't respond and come every day to your room for cleaning. For us we took AC room and there also, no cleaning done for three days. It was worst * 95% of nurses are trainees and they won't care if you are requesting something urgently and come very late. I hate this kind of attitude from nurse. Reported to senior person and still no response. * ICU nurses (especially ICU B) are worst and they brought their friends and had a mini party and created a lot of sound noise in ICU room which will not happen in any hospital. At least they should know the basic ethics of human to not disturb patients. * They don't know any thing about the disease and treatment and simply they forward to doctor if we have any question Only pros is * little affordable treatment for any people compared to other hospitals. But i felt the same why i admitted my father to this hospital and this was one of my big mistake in my life. * canteen is cheaper compared to outside food and hygienic I will write a separate story about doctors in this hospital in a different review which was unlucky in our case and should not happen again to anybody, the mistake they did it. I have no option to zero review. hence submitting with one star review. Because......

I'm very grateful to the hospital and physicians for curing my mother's EXTENSIVE BRAIN HEAMORRHAGE WITHOUT SURGERY. I'm honestly impressed by the doctor's quick response and expertise to diagnose the emergency case by connecting the dots. Despite reaching the hospital at 4 a.m. and being clueless about Mom's health condition in an unconscious state, the chief doctors and nurses showed their presence the moment we arrived at the ICU and studied Mom's medical condition meticulously. Deeply appreciate all the doctors and nursing staff for their commitment and for providing the best services 24/7 to the patients, regardless of the time. Appreciate the hospital administration and the staff's dedication to medical ethics and timely service. Understanding mom's critical health status, doctors and nurses began the treatment process without waiting for payment or admission fees. Doctors show transparency, and their diagnoses are very sharp. The doctors were kind enough to clarify our questions and guide us on how to move forward. When I buzzed. the first CT report to known kin and doctors across the globe, almost 99% of doctors advised me to go for immediate surgery and take multiple CT scans to monitor the internal bleeding. When I questioned doctors on the same, they advised me to hold tight for the first 2 days. On the third day, they suggested I go for medication rather than an operation that would not be required, which is a completely rare suggestion given by other doctors. The doctors are polite and connect with the patients on a personal level, which gives significant reassurance. They are very honest, this is a rarity in the medical fraternity that is highly commercialized. When I was in a dilemma on the next steps, the doctors took a brainstorming session with relatives and decision-makers in our family to explain the biological condition and risks and answered all the questions very politely. Knowing it was a high-risk case, they never forced us to continue the treatment with them; rather, they left the decision to us to stay if we trusted them or would refer us to other city hospitals if we wished so. From day 1 to date, the doctors and the hospital staff's approach towards patients is incredible; they leave no stone unturned for a patient and stand by them on the journey to recovery. The clinical judgment and confidence of physicians are impressive. To be honest, so far, we have taken only 2 CT SCANS, one on admission, which showed 80% extensive bleeding, and another scan just a few days before discharge. To my surprise, doctors predicted the report accurately even before taking the scan. As they predicted accurately, unbelievably, the second report showed "NO BRAIN HAEMORRHAGE" . I am astonished at their expertise and skill, which kind of challenged the specialist doctors. This hospital is one of the ones that understands the true meaning of service and takes full responsibility for patients who are bedridden and who are left behind even without their children's moral support or presence. I deeply show my gratitude to the nurses for treating all patients equally and showing parental care to patients, right from cleaning them, arranging food, feeding them, and beautifying them every single day as their parents. Their focus on quick recovery and reducing hospital stays is great. The hospital is maintained very well. They stick to their founder's vision of serving every citizen equally at an affordable cost. Overall, we had a very good experience and felt at home. Mom felt very comfortable and pampered by nurses, and she refused to be discharged after 2 months of stay in the hospital. Despite being the only child, I neither cried nor felt like being alone in the hospital. I am grateful to the doctors, nurses, and hospital staff who CURED MOM'S BRAIN HAEMORRHAGE WITHOUT SURGERY with constant care and support.A special and heartfelt thanks to my nurses and staff in ICU B for the treatment and 24/7 support we received and for making me feel like family.

My periamma came to the hospital for treatment for fever and bed soar. She was admitted for a few days and the staff and doctors took very good care. She left completely healed and satisfied.

Sharing my personal experience which would not have happened to anyone due to doctor poor mistake/careless On 2018, we came as a first time patient for my father critical illness and he recovered in one week. During the treatment they checked USG, CT etc.. In USG it was clearly mentioned that, Grade II fatty liver (around many population in the world will have this condition due to poor lifestyle). Since we admitted for different problem, after discharge, they have asked us to do a monthly follow up and we did for almost 4.5 years. Since they treated without any surgery, i also thought they have done the good treatment. But actually during the diagnosis they missed to highlight lot other info to parents and us. We also don't know about this terms at that time. During this time, their staff/treatment was good overall. But after that..... On 2020, My father had a three day continuous hiccups and we did a scan there and they told no problem with your father and given just hiccups tablet for two day. But he drink pomagrante juice and it got resolved. But here they have done a big mistake and biggest careless. In the report it was mentioned that early liver disease. i asked specifically to this impression and he said no problem and it's all age related factor. i can remember still. Atleast they should told ask some specialist and take treatment. During this time, we admitted for one day only and their treatment was very poor even though we come regularly to this hospital. On 2023, my father shown symptom of stomach pain and on suspect we asked doctor to request for scan and found it is CLD. They hidden and not revealed for almost two days and we are in hospital. For first four day, they have given treatment for symptom and during the treatment it was one of bad experience to my father. Also, i was not searching each word in google because each word ends up in big disease from google search. After fourth day, i found from old report that, it is already mentioned and asked doctor. he easily changed our mind and communicated differently that, we already know and we have given medicines. But am pretty sure they didn't inform anything to us and they have not give any medicines. It got worsen during the treatment and we went to other speciality doctor and came back here with detailed report. At this time, doctors response was totally disappointing and they are talking like we did the mistake. it was one of the poor attitude of any doctor if we go for second opinion and share their report. they don't like going for second opinion During the treatment, they revealed it is not curable since it is in critical stage and go home and take medicine properly. During this time, their speaking tone, communication style everything is different and i felt like they didn't show their mistake to us. then we went to speciality hospital in madurai for one week and they said clearly that, it is already diagnosed and why doctor didn't reveal. Atleast we can save him or postpone his life. But in this hospital they said clearly and the root cause. Even though my father is non alcoholic, it came to him. All doctors cannot say how it came to him. But early diagnosis we did and they have hidden or missed it badly. On general view, for any OP, doctor didn't respond even for 2 mins and said ok ok all good next patient like that. Today is 30day after my father died. We could saved him if they revealed or atleast given some guidance. I don't know why many doctors don't even spend little time to read their report carefully and highlight important points. In the experience world, they have a arrogance that they know everything and they can read the report very fast. Since i am writing this review to let the doctor about this case. Any doctors should not do this mistake of missing important impressions. Still we cannot control our tears because we missed to get this info

Very very costliest hospital in VIRUDHUNAGAR.their main motive is money money money money.they don't bather about patients health care and curing of disease.ony money money money money..all facilities are available here like a multi speciality hospital.

My experience at Lysander Hospital has been very pleasant. I have no complaints.

Very worst hospital. junior nurse behavior very poor. no words to say I'm not talking about doctors only nurse (fat dressings nurse)3/10

Experience doctors and good for surgery's. But administration very worst. In billing and front office only one staff were available, for one billing it will taking 15 to 30 minutes. And pharmacy first thay are collecting medicines and making invoice after invoice again we go to billing section it will take minimum 15 mins, after paid invoice again we go to pharmacy than only we get the medicine.
