Chip and best room's, and near Ernakulam town Railway station, and Motro Station. But some time not clean. Single and double bed room's available any time.

Hotel is located near Ernakulam North station. You have to enter a lane and the location is conveniently inside the main road. The approach road and the location is relatively good. However, the room I was allotted looked extremely shabby. The toilets were extremely small and the ambiance wasn't up to the mark. The beds had stains and thankfully they provided us with bed sheets. I had the room from 12th to 13th of April 2019 and only stayed for one day. The person at the reception was cordial and tried his best to cope up with the flaws of the hotel. The rooms had cockroaches and the receptionist was the lone person to come and apply cockroach spray. The salvaging points of the hotel were the receptionist and the location. Otherwise, I am disappointed with the overall room and the ambiance.

very bad experience. ugly room. ugly bed. pillow and bed cover not clean. very irresponsible and uncooperative staff. provided mud water in the washroom. I checked in at 5 pm. they send me one room. when I checked the bathroom I found that mud water with smell coming through taps. when I informed them, they told me to wait for some time, it will be ok after some time. waiting for an hour I will not clean they shifted me another room , and the same happened there also. again they shifted me third room, the fate was same there also. they told me to wait, will rectify soon. I waited there for bathing and using toilet till 11 pm, see more than 6 hrs since I checked in, they said they can rectify only it by next morning. they told me to cancel the booking and check out. the staffs are very irresponsible and don't know how to behave with customers. they told me at 11 pm to check out. how irresponsible they are.. atleast they can provide me some water somehow for bathing . but they didn't. I was unable to bath and using toilet during entire my stay humble request to all users, never book room at Lyla residency, Ernakulam north.

very convenient location, walkable distance to railway station and bus stop. Room is spacious, but toilet is too congested. They could have to keep a mirror above the wash basin so that the shaving can be done easily. Good at this rate

A bad experience & do not book if you are travelling with family - The hotel is located inside a arterial road & there is no access for vehicle. its a narrow road which leads to the hotel & very dungy - No restaurant of food service so you will need to go out near the station to eat - Service is just about it - The rooms are OK but by the time you reach the hotel you will ignore it Stay here only if you are on some transit & don't get any other option. There are many other hotels at a better price & quality

Worst stay I've ever come across. The room maintenance is zero. Wall paint is literally falling off the walls and there is dust collecting in every nook and corner of the rooms. Sheets were not clean. Rooms feel stuffy and the mosquito nets on the windows are damaged. The worst of all is the water. You get muddy water from the taps. Stay clear of this place and do not risk your health.

You need to be someone who is in search of one of "THE CHEAPEST" hotel room available if you are planning to book a room in Lyla Residency. And hence you cannot complain that they are not providing complimentary breakfast and other so called Luxuries which you get for a better price. Don't expect anything other than a small room with a small TV, small Bed, small toilet and old clothes. It resembles any of those typical lodges which you see near railways station. Pros: Very near to Ernakulam North Railway station. Cheap and economical. Good one if you just need a quick refresh and for very short stays, Staffs were friendly. Cons: Not preferable for "REAL" Family accommodation. The AC did not work in our room. Always carry some kind of mosquito repellent when you go to Kochi. You cant really run away from them.

the room full of bugs and cockroachs, stinks toilet will not towel and soaps, Un cleaned beds without bedsheets and covers. Very worst responsibility from the hotel. I couldn't even sleep properly there. Very bad. Waste of money.
