Today visited this saloon,worst behaviour of the PPL working over there, actually went for dandruff treatment,while putting steam the guy did head massage and wrong behaviour by the guy while doing,he charged money seperately for that massage, he didn't even informed me regarding this,finally he told me to pay for dandruff treatment and massage - 3 k.his behaviour is also bad without permission he is touching unnecessarily,making me very discomfortable,he asked money seperately,it's not safe for girls.
It was Lakme Salon earlier, so the service charges are similar as in Lakme.
The staff and service experience was good.
The worstest ever salon I had been to..people over thr rush in doing services and thy don't even know basics steps of the procedures..thy jus do evrythg fastly with zero result and take money..I request no one to go to this place and waste ur money n damage ur skin or hair.
I went for eyebrows n upperlips service to this salon on 1st Oct, which not lakme but its lykme now. My eyebrows was done by Elle and she did a fine job even then I got few cuts around my eyebrows. What happened for my upper lips is way more concerning, Tanu used wax n burnt my skin around the upper lips and I went through a very painful time. I have spent so much money in consulting skin specialist and still no solution, I have the burn mark scars all around my upper lips, not to mention how embarrassing it is and seems like permanent but to my utter surprise the parlor owner Sujata is not even replying to my concern. She is so UNPROFESSIONAL and IGNORANT to what happened to the customer is just okay. Well considering my case, I m going to file a case against this salon bcs they have spoiled my face forever. attach the images of the burn marks. PATHETIC services with over pathetic owner.
Very professional and good quality services are provided here. Loved the fact that they listen and cater to their client needs and try to find the best possible way to serve them.
