Dr Venkateshwarlu has been our vet doctor for the last 10 years. In my opinion, he is the best. His diagnosis and medicines suit our dogs. The doctors and staff at Lyka are wonderful, understanding and compassionate. We are seeing the doctor and his services grow and he is seeing our pets growing old. We have 4 GSDs and we are really thankful to you and your team Doctor.

We thought of losing him, but the care and treatment they provided were incredible. Very patient and friendly to all with genuine heart. I'm reviewing Thai after 2 years of visit.My Rot is good and healthy.

We took our dog to this clinic since it is infected with parvo virus. Our dog required drips twice a day untill it was eating food by itself. So we took there continuously for 5 days...all these days they were taking good care of our dog (Virat koli aka simba) and they were also so friendly and easy to approch. Amazing staffs and doctor. Finally our dog showed the symptoms of recovery ( stopped vomiting and dysentery, started to take food on its own). Thank you so much ma'am, Rahul, Karthik and Bharath. Words can't express our gratitude. Keep continuing the service. Your work is much appreciated

I had been to this place for 4 times there are two female Veterinarian's among two one is very caring and gives good advice, properly checks the pet whenever I go to vaccine but other doctor with spectacle is useless always will be on headphones doesn't even know how to treat a pet, hope this comes to notice to the proper person so that they don't lose reputation of the clinic.

Experienced worst service... My dog is no more because of his poor service... He scolded us for not keeping the pet well and neat, but the actual problem is dog was bitten by another few dogs.. It's completely irrelevant to not keeping the dog looks neat..he might have given good treatment for the poor dog rather than scolding people. He just did the first aid alone because of that only dog was died.. He hasn't given the proper treatment... Also, he asked us to take the dog to government hospital and also he cursed the dog to die.. It shows his ridiculous attitude. I think he is treating the pet based upon how the pet owner behaves towards to him.. Also he is insisting everyone to call him as SIR..its completely ridiculous... I really laughed at him for this...

Loved Dr. Venkateshwaralu, from the person he is, to how he treats animals, his eye for detail with reminders on medication and follow up, and all his kind assistants at his clinic. I got my 8 month old indie, Douglas, neutered. Also got rabies booster shots for Doug and Liquorice, my 1.5 year old indie. It was well worth coming down all the way from Kodaikanal. 5 + stars.

My lab puppy was 45 days old, I had one shot vaccine for paro but unfortunately he caught and infected with paro. He almost died with bloody stool. Lyka pet saved him...I had to admit him for 3 days and they brought him back to life..Thank to team and doctor I'm on debt to them...God bless for what you do...

I took my Dobermann puppy here for the first time in the month of November due to cold & cough. They said that cold and cough is caused due to de worming not done and they did the de worming. But the cold and cough was not cured. After that again in the month of december we took our puppy after almost 20 days with the same condition again they gave an anti biotic and asked to follow it for a week. After giving the medicines for 10 days the puppy is still not feeling good. Again took the puppy 3 days ago with the same condition they again did de worming and anti biotic my puppy is still not keeping well. Above all its very difficult to see your puppy in the same condition for almost a month.
