I went to lyfit gym for a month while I was on break and had an amazing time. The place is very neat and clean, something I imagine is difficult to maintain for a place so busy. Most importantly, they have machines and weights for any exercise you want to try. And the trainers are so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They really go out of their way to ensure you have a good workout and work with your schedule. If anyone sees you are doing a move wrong, regardless of whether or not they are your trainer, they will correct you. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Excellent ! Personally, Lyfit gym has been a great and eventful experience. It provides good trainers who treats each of us personally to reach our chosen fitness levels . I think , for a town like Muvattupuzha , this gym gets you the best in class equipment's followed by some super cool amenities. The amenities include In House Protein Bar & Steam bath facilities.
