LV Prasad Eye Hospital - Hospital in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I am giving onestar to LV Prasad Hospital not for the services providing by the Hospital, but for their administration policies they are following. Now a days every individual is having lot of work in his/her daily duties who is running after money. If you wnat to visit this Hospital as a new admission for a doctor consultation u must book your appointment minimum 20 days before your planning date. One has to plan in such a way, in a month adavance. If you guys are having insurance policy for surgeries, My better advice is not to visit this Hospital as they are taking too many days/ too much time to process the procedure. And the procedure they are following for the surgeries a step by step process that too we have to follow the process of filling up the documents with pin to pin information, that is a big headache for us in these days. In other corporate hospitals we don't find these many rules and regulations for the procedure to follow as they will take care of everything keeping clients free of work stress. Coming to the charges, i don't see much difference compared to other corporate hospitals. It might be the best Hospital 5 years back, but now we have lot of other best hospitals which provides minimal effort to us. Guys if you are expecting smooth flow of process, then i suggest this is not the best option though the Hospital is good for its best services.

Systemic hospital with at most care and knowledge along with quality and reasonable price medicines I suggest to go here by taking atleast half day time to complete all the procedure and don't forget to take your Aadhar card

Wrong photo. It's a small house only for eyesight power checkup. Not any hospital or institute. Don't belive the big building shown in picture.

Will be treated by the trainee doctors, they don't even know whether to put drops or not, doing it double times without even checking, we as parents as a blind person should watch them leaving our babies to their experiments. If any serious issue happens, we will remain victims and they support their side as usual.

Disappointed with the response time in emergency department. They kept me waiting for more than 2 hours in emergency and didn't have courtesy to even ask what's the problem I'm facing. Kept telling me 15-20 mins more. It could be possible that they are short of staff but at least show some concern towards a patient who come for emergency attention. Won't recommend coming here if you are looking for instant care in emergency.

Very experienced and dedicated doctors and the staff. Our grandson Chivukula Krishna Atharva is attended by Dr. Ramesh garu, since about two and half years. Most pathetic response I hv ever seen in my life in any hospital, receptionist at retinal centre could write only 5 sentences in more than 30 mins with almost everything wrong even after giving handwritten notes. You hv to go to at least 3 individuals just to get your card made n then starts the real drama of wait wait n wait. If it's an emergency then I m sure that relatives should plan last rites there only. Doctors are like Gods you only hear about them but cannot see them. Respected Management pl do something if feasible. Feel free to contact me to give the details, at least visit my office I will let you know how to deal with the person visiting you.
