Luxora Bar - Bar in Mampuram - Malappuram, India

Very bad experience with the receptionist, he had a know all attitude. Checked in the previous evening while driving back to Ernakulam, first called up their sister concern Ridges at kotakal, rooms were not available,so opted for Luxora. Room and food were value for money but they don't have coffee or tea dispenser in the rooms. At time of checking in was told restaurant opens only at 7.30 am. Morning rang up room service but no response. At time of checking out mentioned this to the receptionist who with a snide smile said that I was told restaurant opens only at 7. 30, I said but room service his reply was the same 7.30 resturant opens asked why Wifi password was not given he said I should have called the reception. The matter has been condensed but the argument was over 25 minutes. I would say last option to stay if rooms are not available any where else
