Good room for a reasonable price (room no. 202). Of course a family room but you can have a clean washroom, clean beds, etc... The room which I stayed was a safety one and no issues with that. Room boys are also very pleasant. Fast service. The receptionist named Safwan is such a pleasant guy, very decent and speaks very nicely to his customers. I didn't face much issues with the lodge. Overall, Mr. Safwan and the room made my first time experience at Bangalore a enjoyable one and a remindable one. Thank you, worth for the money you pay.

Was very bad experience for me. Unprofessional behavior. The neighborhood is way too pathetic, it's completely a local place and community around. Wouldn't recommend for families. Very uncultured environment.

Very rude receptionist in the night. Our opposite room persons was smoking inside with open door and nobody in hotel asked them any questions. Small room as compared to picture. And noisy place as main road are nearby.

Value of money...... The place is very neat and clean.. Staff is also good... And the rooms also comfortable.... Must visit

Worst experience....I called for pre-booking and was told that it was not required but on arrival, they said there are no ac rooms ....we had to select only non AC rooms...worst experience

Very bad place to stay. First of all they charged us a heavy price on top of that they gave 1 bed less. Entire room was filled with cockroaches and the floor was filled with cigarette smoke.

The hotel Lusia Inn banglore denied check in and giving reason that room is not available. Miss Payal from Goibibo did commendable job and help us immediately by provided alternate hotel (better hotel VT Paradise)arrangement at near by location. Miss Payal help us and provided quick resolution. She did really great job and shows customer delight approach.Great full to Payal and Goibibo. Five star to Payal and team. Zero to Hotel Lusia Inn.

We booked 4 rooms, not a good experience...room was quiet okay but in one room, we cannot close the bathroom door completely...we can open it from outside. In another room we can lock tha bathroom from outside when someone is inside...In a room we cannot put lock for the maindoor from inside,it is very difficult to put. In our room there's no facility like putting charger and keeping it on the table, we need to use any of our things to keep our phone balanced and there is no other extra plug points...only three plug points for tv,fan and light. If we need to put charger means we need to switch of any one of the above things.
