Lumino Winter Castle - Resort hotel in Pooppara - Idukki, India

We had booked 5 rooms , the rooms were pretty clean and nice. There was tea plantation outside the hotel. Toilet and bathroom were clean. Staff is friendly. There was gaming activities zone on top floor where you enjoy Indoor games like carrots, uno, pool, cards etc. Breakfast served was pretty good. Just our room didn't got the hot water, rest all the room had hot water. No much Facilities are available outside the hotel but there are 2 hotel within 1km. Pillow cover and towel had stains on it.

Excellent and vibrant view as it is away from the mad crowd of munnar town. Breakfast was very good and care takers were very co operative.Suggest to arrange dinner also for stayers. The scenic beauty of munnar can be enjoyed fully from this castle to munnar town. On the whole an excellent place indeed!

Rooms are luxurious. Dorms are good as well. The caretaker Mr Ajith is really helpful and suggests places to see nearby. Food was good enough for 3 night stay. Early morning walks around the plantation were really good.

Excellent property with well appointed rooms. The lone staff/caretaker was pleasant and absolutely helpful. The housekeeping needs improvement. The pillow covers and linen had stain marks etc. The towels were also not fresh and appealing.

Very Beautiful property. One of the best secluded property in Munnar with scenic view you can get. Specially the care taker Ajith is very helpful and humble. Must visit property!

Nice place to stay in Munnar. Breakfast complimentary. Easy accessible to kollukumalai jeep safari and elephant adobe boating Center. Very secluded place to spend time with your loved ones. Dormitory also available
