LUMBINI'S GRAND HOTEL - Hotel in Kalaburagi - Kalaburagi, India

Hotel is very bad, bathroom had no latch to lock, even after calling many times room services no one responds, basic amenities like towles, soaps ..etc are not been given ,no proper blankets provided, main door lock is also not working properly, AC was not serviced it was making noise whole night. They charge 1400 for extra bed where matress is placed on ground , they don't provide blanket properly. NOT RECOMMENDED OVER PRICED .

Bathroom door didn't had lock, inspite of telling many times it was not rectified. AC noise was disturbing for the whole day. Didn't provide basic essentials like soap, tooth brush and paste. Didn't provide folding bed and had put up the matress on the floor even though they charged more for extra bed. Service was not up to the mark. Poor quality of management.

Didn't stay in the hotel, but went for lunch at their darbar restaurant. Ordered our food, but our daughter had a minor fall n bled slightly in the mouth while jumping on the sofa. The staff went out of the way to help us. Didn't even charge us for the icecream we ordered for her. Would really like to thank the staff and manager for being so kind n considerate. Thank you guys....

One of the worst place to stay in whole Gulbarga. I would have given negative ratings if possible. The quality of washroom and water clogging is one of the nightmare you can have. I suggest you to stay away from this place and search other place than this.. They cant provide the service they charge for. The staffs are irresponsible and cant even recover or patch up the feedback we give. Worst place...

Hotel is good Free Buffet Breakfast Room is good and hygiene. Daily Room cleaning. Restaurant is also available. Chicken briyanj is having good taste. Room service is very good. Near by area, Hotel is available. Recommend for family stay.
