Lum 'er Pyngngad - Picnic ground in Umbir - Ri Bhoi, India

An apt place to name Scotland of the East. Extremely beautiful place in a part of a hill. Totally green with pine trees surrounding a meadow. The Umium lake below makes it eternal. With the clouds caressing the place and droplets of rain uplift your spirit to the horizon. A must visit. Highly recommended.

The road might be a little unnerving for less experienced drivers, but the views of the place makes it absolutely worth it. The place needs better upkeep though. For the amount they charge for entry of vehicles, the toilets are absolutely horrible.

A very relaxing place, you would fall asleep if you stayed there for at least half an hour, such a beauty.

One of the picnic spots where are you do not get any food . You can come with your friends your family your loved ones and cook food over. You can drink beer as well which it has no restrictions of if you have a vessels of your own you can cook in this place. It is a very nice place and I am sure you will love it with a group or as a couple.. always need one another person to take at least the ur pictures0

One of the best places for a family picnic, hangouts and horse riding...

It is like another Golflink but with an absence of large crowd. Serene and peacful. Entry fee has to be paid. Natural parking space available. The additional treat is getting to sit on a horse named Max. It's charges for 2rounds were Rs.100/- per head. There's stones erected called as MAWBYNNA and MAWSHONGTHAIT (flat stones for resting). For children take out this area is great. From the main highway road takes about 30minutes to reach this spot. Mind you the road is a little bit bumpy. Overall it's a great place.
