Invoice bill is really unacceptable. When the sales person convinced me some thing like calculation on making charge.. Back to my home and I checked d invoice , I felt little more diffrence on making charge around 18 %. Pls do ask estimate bill before going to proceed invoice in front of the sales manager. I have little painful experience.

Bought a nose ring from here! Service was so poor. Sales person Didn't quote the correct rate. When I went to cashier amount was different. Maybe he did this because it's just a nose ring. When asked, he left the counter without sorry. Even the manager behaved cocky! Not going here anymore no way !!

Staffs are always approachable. You will get best in class ornaments and nothing came as far as I know. Please aware that shop keeps diamond rings within 18-19 size not more than that. If you're particular, please contact them via phone a day or two in advance. They'll definitely make arrangements for you. Management also good and nothing bad in my experience so far.

I purchased a diamond ring . After 1 week the stone came out and went missing. Now they are asking for fallen stone. What kind of commitment they provide post delivery. Pathetic service
