Good sales team is there. But charging making charges in a high rate. I tried to purchase 4 pairs ear stud's and they are demanding 17.8% making charges. They are telling its because of mould works, piece rate and all. As a customer, i am not willing to accept the same and i offered 10% as making charges. But they are telling it may leads to a loss to them.... I don't know the logic of that business
