Worst experience especially with the corporate office. I got my surgery done from Satish jain Sir. Hats off to him. He is extremely good and very knowledgeable. On the top his OPD staff Manpreet kaur is super nice and very helpful. The biggest concern is Corporate office staff. They dont co-operate at all and zero listening skills. Please improve yourself. Especially because of you guys the hospital's reputation is going down.

Very good hospital. I got treated here for covid and recovered in 6days. Hospital was completely neat and clean. Food served was very good quality. Dr. Karamveer is very humble and generous person he listens to his patients very carefully. He saved my life and all the other nurses are very prompt and responsible. They will not take their eyes off you untill you are well. I didnt find bed anywhere and i contacted this hospital from ghaziabad and they assured me of admission then i travelled from ghaziabad to ludhiana and upon my arrival they took me immediately to the icu and gave oxygen without asking for any formalities. Its the place which saved my life, always grateful to this hospital and this city.

my experience of this hospital is realy very bad, patient dealing extremely bad, doesn't care for patient sickness, overall bad experience.

Went there for my skin treatment from Dr. Harkanwal, MD derma. She is young and dynamic and so much talented and knows her domain so well at this young age. Kudos

very bad system here, there is no etiquettes especially to the female nurses to communicate with patients. i recent suffered this situation. i Hope whenever any authority read my message try to curb it ... very bad experience

Worst Hospital. Only in the business of making money and loot people. Staff asks for feedback before discharging patient as if it's a hotel check out. If things go out of hand they will refer your patients to PGI or DMC or sometimes simply won't tell the family till the patient is dead. Security man at ICU gate takes your medicines and you never know if it reaches patients or goes to their chemist store from backdoor. It's purely business for them.

Now This hospital is having good medical facilities,senior medical staff to take care...now Sardar Bhagwan singh(Bhau ji Gurmail Medical Hal)is Managing this hospital...with best instruments & Doctors...helping poor patients in their treatment. Gurmail's Managing hospital from last few months and their focus is totally on patient satisfaction by providing best quality medicine/treatment..they have arranged new staff from leading hospitals of Ludhiana.
