Lucky's Gym and Cardio is the best place to workout in Vinayak Nagar. The gym has all the equipments. There are experienced trainers. One is into aerobics and the other one will guide in terms of body workout. They are very approachable and they also suggests about diet, food habits. I've joined Lucky's Gym in Nov'19. I'm 5.11" and was 76kgs when I joined. I am 71kgs now. I am slowly loosing belly fat and gaining muscle. It is the best place for begginers to start. The workouts which trainer make us to do are focuses on compound movements which emphasis on a particular muscle group. The encouragement and support the trainer provides the best thing which I liked. I go on a fast pace during Cardio and i lift heavier during workouts. Some workouts are very challenging like dead lifts and supersets but with the proper guidance of trainer we can do it easily. It will grow our confidence levels. Overall I am loving it. Few people who say you can't bulk up or can't lose weight aren't exercising right... prove them wrong. Don't push yourself down, be regular, achieve your goal.
