Service and Rooms are great from the price point. Staff are well behaved and provide proper service and help you the best they can. Every dish quantity is enough for 3 people. Food is on average side. Rooms are clean and their bathrooms are nice and clean with all working electricals

I have had to stay with them for a few times. And it's a nice cozy stay. The hotel food can be a bit expensive, but the service and the staff are very nice. Highly recommend.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Lucky Restaurant, Goregaon, Mumbai I recently had the opportunity to dine at Lucky Restaurant in Goregaon, Mumbai, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The unprofessional behavior displayed by the staff left a lasting negative impression on me and my companions. Upon our arrival, we decided to order food to our room. Initially, the delivery was prompt and the food arrived on time. However, moments later, a waiter arrived insisting on getting a signature from us. We politely explained that we were in the middle of our meal and would be happy to sign later. To our surprise, at midnight, the same waiter returned to our room, demanding immediate payment. It was an inconvenient and disruptive encounter, as we were trying to rest. We requested him to return the next day, but he insisted on immediate payment. The following day, we decided to visit the restaurant in person due to the unpleasant experience with the room service. To our dismay, the unprofessional conduct continued. The senior staff members were frequently engrossed in their mobile phones, neglecting their duties and displaying a lack of attention. The junior staff members appeared disinterested and unwilling to work efficiently. We had to ask for the menu multiple times before it was finally provided to us. To substantiate these claims, I have attached pictures that clearly show the staff members being preoccupied with their mobile phones, rather than attending to their responsibilities. These images serve as evidence of the unprofessional behavior we encountered during our visit. It is disheartening to note that we chose Lucky Restaurant based on its reputation for quality service, particularly at their branch in Bandra. Unfortunately, the experience we had at the Goregaon location fell far short of our expectations. The unprofessionalism displayed by the staff, from the room service to the restaurant, created a nightmarish experience for us. I hope that Lucky Restaurant management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues concerning their staff's professionalism. It is essential for them to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future. As for my own recommendation, based on my experience and the attached evidence, I would advise potential guests to exercise caution when considering Lucky Restaurant in Goregaon, Mumbai.

If u think that lucky restaurant goregaon is same as luck restaurant bandra or chembur, The taste is totally different. Biryani at goregaon was my biggest mistake to order. I took my family to experience the lucky as I had my experience at chembur, it was embarrassing for me as taste was totally bad

I would never recommend staying in this hotel. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom was very dirty, and there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the surroundings.

Ordered chicken biryani n butter chicken. It was our biggest mistake. The Biryani rice is not fresh and the chicken too. We wasted our money. As we had a very good experienced taste at their Bandra Restaurant.

I have been lucky restaurant goregaon since 8 years. It's my all time favourite food kheema pav and lovely biryani served very amazing chicken biryani and as well mutton biryani with greeting to customer.
