Lucknowala - Biryani restaurant in Nagpur - Nagpur, India

Well after seeing goole reviews, we decided to give a visit to this place and try few food items. After visiting the hotel there were no customers. we ordered ulte tawe ka paratha and galuti kabab. The taste was okay, not authentic Lucknow taste. Then for main course we ordered nalli nihari, which i quickly checked , the items were freezed and the hotness was only in gravy and the mutton was cold. So I can definately say that it was not freshly made or prepared. At least not cooked for that day.

We tried 2 starters Murgh Tangadi stuff kabab : 4* Black paper chicken : 2* Then boondi rayta : 5* Then Murgh Lucknow biryani which was ok, you can have it, kevdha jal was strong in it : 3* However Salan and Raita was too good : 5* Then we tried Shahi Tukda in dessert : 4* Staff is cooperative by the way.

Food - 5/5. I would recommend Murgh Tunde Galouti kebab, Mutton biryani and Shahi Tukda. The consistency and preparation of kebab is too good and shahi tukda is just the right amount of sweet. Ambience - 3/5. It's not that great but decent enough with AC and good enough chairs. Service - 4/5. Service is fast and staff is very friendly. PS - I also uploaded the photos of new menu with the new prices.

Taste is really good, but there's scope for improvisation. While savoring the food a thought constantly keeps on prodding that the taste could have taken you much higher but misses somewhere. Galouti Kabab is too good. Nalli Nyahari misses the point. Mutton biryani is nice. I was wondering how the chef kept the sugars in shahi tukda so much in the balanced zone. The small dining place is discouraging but it is taken care of by the warmth of the staff.

A little gem for meat lovers. Small place, you might have some difficulty for 4 wheeler parking but i felt it was worth it. Clean kitchen(i actually went in to check), fresh and tender mutton( every time i had meat it was very very fresh which is quite rare even to top restaurants). Is it authentic nawabi food tough to say but i think its the most authentic i have had, but it has star hotel finishing with tender sized goat meat and low price comparatively speaking.

Small and Descent place to enjoy biryani and non veg items.. Ambience was good... Food is good... Presentation is also Good. Maine mutton biryani order kiya tha,.. and Uska taste Acha tha..taste was good .. Biryani is full of Flavours and mutton was juicy and good at taste.... U can visit once to LUCKNOWALA... Easy accessible location...but, if u have car then, there is a parking issue ,..two wheeler parking is available...

The ambiance is very welcoming. Amazing food specially stuffed chicken leg. Staff is extremely knowledgeable. Service is good.

Today was my first visit to this restaurant, where I have placed order a variety of dishes such as tunde kebab, luckhnowi veg, and biryani. As the name suggests Lucknow, the tunde kabab did not taste like the Lukhnowi taste, nor did the biryani....I am sorry to say this. Same feedback I have already given to the owner there but the vegetable was delicious and I would recommend to everyone who is vegetarian. The rest of the things, such as the staff and owner's behaviour, hygiene, and sitting area, are quite amazing. There are also indoor and outdoor seating areas, which drew my attention the most. This would be my future options for dine in.
