The property looks good from out side but needs quite some fixes in the rooms. The caretaker William is good and helpful. The cooking staff is co-operative as well. We just had the breakfast and that was good. The garden area is big enough. Some of basic things are missing. Like in the bathroom there are no hooks or rod to hang clothes. Some places the wires hang loose, missing switches on switch board. The room on the higher floor is spacious and better however the bathroom is not convenient as it has steps to climb down. This place is not kids friendly neither for elders. If you are here with a group of friends you may quite like it else not ideal for a family. The property looks good in the pictures.
It's a nice property for a young group, but not convenient for family with kids & senior members. (We had 3 kids n 5 senior members). Pros- ~5 mins from Raiwadi beach ~ Co-operative staff & cooks ~Big nicely maintained lawn ~Ample Parking space ~Spacious living room & 1st floor bedroom ~clean bedsheets n additional bedding Cons- ~Granite Steps in living room n granite staircase with no railing or support (not kids friendly at all) ~upper level bathroom has granite stairs to go down (so every time we need to climb down stairs to use basin, toilet, bathroom) ~lower level bedrooms n bathrooms are smaller size, (bathrooms were stinky, they fixed it with additional cleaning) ~ living room lighting needs serious upgrade, it's quite dark ~electric fitting have loose hanging wires (even in bathrooms) ~No hooks for hanging clothes in bedrooms n bathrooms So to summarize, It's a good size property. We felt it's over-rated, they need to maintain it really nicely to match the advertised photos and to earn 5 stars.
I was first time for my pre wedding shoot. Place was more than my imagination. We had great time. Candle light dinner, very calm n enjoyed every moment with nice food service n amazing hospitality. Thanks to my friend Kunal for making my stay more beautiful.
Holidays are to lighten, not just for leisure. But it is difficult to lighten up if the property for your holiday stay does not turn out to be as expected. The moment we reached the gate, first impression was - pictures on AirBnB and other booking portals seem to be photoshopped. It was not as lovely as it looked on WhatsApp - quite not the same as expected. To put it simple terms - "Not worth the money charged". Downside 1. No electricity at night on arrival (we reached at 2.30 in the night after a long long ride of hours from Mumbai city; thanks to our friends for all the hardship for such long drive ). After a few efforts from staff, fans were working on inverters but air conditioners were not working the whole night making it a sleepless one!! 2. Mosquitoes, insects, flies of all kinds - unacceptable in prime properties. To add to it Dogs and Cats were roaming around and had the liberty to join us at the dinning table too. 3. Cleanliness is basic at any holiday stay - unfortunately we had food with flies on the dining table or may be we had flies with food (making it tasty possibly)!! 4. Dim lights in most of the rooms; lights in living room were also not sufficient. 5. Swimming pool without WATER ..what could be arranged was soil mud water and reason for it was unacceptable!! Positives 1. Hard working staff, assistance in late night hours too 2. Lawn for box cricket - thoroughly enjoyed it with friends 3. Home cooked food - simple and tasty (may be for the flies ); Breakfast was good - omelette, Poha on demand !! 4. Arrangement for Indo Pak match - projector setup was great !! 5. Spacious property - but could have been better if it is kept more clean, tidy and interiors are upgraded!! Verdict - One off stay with friends is fine, cannot stay with family !! Cost charged was not worth the stay indeed !!
Good place for group. Big lawn for doing activities. Home made cook available. Management is cooperative. Rooms are big and average. Maintenance required at some places. Rest is ok. Location is not convenient.

A beautiful bungalow with all the luxury of hotel. Good quality food and excellent value for money. The property has a pool and is just walking distance from the famous Nagaon Beach Alibaug. This is good for corporates groups or families as it has different rooms suitable according to the requirements. The place offers good packages along with unlimited food choices.
