Service are very bad but not any hospital near bongaigaon so this are belongs to good hospital.

I never accept this type of service from this hospital third class service . One government hospital also service better than this hospital. And staff attitude never acceptable they are very arrogant if anything ask always told me that's not our duty if everyone say that how can we survived. I am also hotelier i know what type responsibility one staff but here no response from management side also and staff also everyone have there own attitude if this thing happened then i don't what will happen in future

It's a very good hospital in lower assam.for OPD patients RAT is necessary. Before entering into the hospital RAT report is compulsory so do it. U can meet here MD and surgen and gynecologist and other physicians here. All other test like sonography xry blood tests all done here. Also get dentist here.

So recently we've completed the treatment of my uncle's car accident injuries to his head. I'll share my experience. First of all I must say the rest faculty members and staffs are so good except the one person that we approached so called DR. S. RABHA .. Is a notorious type of doctor. He crossed the limit of being rude. He wouldn't show us any reports of our patient . We are so tensed that we all wanted to know about his state of condition. And any other injuries. But the doctor simply misbehaved my father and one of my uncles. That so called S. Rabha is a new member of Lower Assam Hospital and he showed us his foolishness, that how can a doctor become a patient killer instead of being a life saver. He didn't even come to observe the patient. Some other doctors were there though. This so called neurologist is very bad childish type doctor. Been there to many brain doctors. But this S. Rabha needs another neurologist for his brain to keep his head calm first before coming to hospital. Bad experience.

Minor accident patient charged with 14000rs bill with overnight stay. No blood loss at all yet performed blood tests without consent. HIV test, corona test, liver test, kidney test, cell blood count were done for a no blood loss accident patient, heights of stupidity. Later they provided 2 bottle of saline and insisted on putting another saline bottle. They try to find out ways to take money out of patients family. There are no ethical standards of these corrupted people working here. The doctors maybe were the last benchers of their batches and passed barely and has the audacity to talk like arrogant all knower of the universe. They have no respect for people and often uses abusive language to threaten family members. This hospital is not credible at all, more so, it is highly alarming to even get admitted here. No one knows nothing about treatment or the logical process of doing so. Stay away from this hospital. Very dangerous.

1. More like a government community health centre rather than a private hospital. But, the fee is for a private hospital, that's for sure. 2. More crowded than a vegetable market. Not enough waiting seats and 50% of patients and companions have to stand here and there. 3. The doctors will come more than one hour later than they say they will come. If you need further diagnostics be ready to waste a whole day or more. 4. No vehicle parking for patients. Reason to go for: No other better option. Next time I would rather go waste my time in a government hospital.

One of the largest private hospital in the Lower Assam region. Hospital needs more facility and proper time table for patients inspection. I want to mention one of my experience that I faced at Lower Assam Hospital. I was at the maternity cabin with my wife, new born baby and my four years old child. The time was almost 1 am i was feeding my wife and my four years old child, in that time nurse came to the room and informed that doctor is coming to visit. She also told me to stay outside with my 4 years old child. That time I was very angry. I just think how a nurse behave like this. Anyway, the interesting fact was that doctor arrived almost 3-4 hours later. During this period whenever I asked regarding delay of doctor's arrival, nurse informed that doctor was in meeting. According to them, for a doctor meeting is more important than patients. Another experience I faced on the releasing date. They charged 50 rupees extra for the Baby Record Card or Immunization Record Card without bill which should be free of cost or it should be included in the total bill so that we don't need to be harassed for 50 rupees or 100 rupees.

Emergency doctor hussain behavior is not good, he should be fired and stripped of all his licenses.
