Most definitely the worst salon I've ever been to. They charge different prices for people accordingly. They refused to show the service list with the pricing when asked. They charged 1850 for a detan facial for sub par level service and an average quality products. We didn't have a good experience at all.

Have been using Lovly beauty parlor for more than a decade now. The staff know what they do, no frills at all....they stick to what we ask. No cross selling, marketing . No impractical beauty ideas given for the purpose of compulsory makeover. Focused and fast. Very neatly maintained place. Over a period of time, the staff know our taste and preferences. My go to place for grooming.

This is one of the best salons I have ever come across. Very clean and very hygienic and comply to all covid protocols. Ambience very good and comfortable. What is most special about it is the staff - very capable and professional and very caring and friendly. A very special mention about Divya - so good at her work , she knows exactly what her customer wants and her service is so perfect. She ensures I am comfortable and satisfied. I am really happy with her service and the parlour. Cheers to lovely. Keep up the great work

I had availed their haircutting service and I was very happy with it. They were professional, quick and understanding of exactly what I wanted my hair to look like. Special thanks to Ms. Nirmala for her wonderful and patient customer service! Cosy place, clean service and very nominal. Would definitely recommend.

I had the best experience at Lovly! Helen aunty and Vesta were amazing , so efficient at arranging and making sure everything was perfectly done! Their staff were equally efficient and well experienced. I fixed my appointment with only one requirement but I made quite a few requests after I went there.. and without batting an eyelid, they immediately made sure every request of mine was taken care of! I felt extremely relaxed and extremely clean (:D) after the entire session! Thankyou so much Vesta, for your best recommendation to fix my straw dry hair. My hair is healthy and hydrated now!

I got my upper lip waxed here and I wasnt satisfied with the service. I don't think the lady had enough experience with waxing upper lip, the other services may be good here. The staff are very polite though.

100 rs for eyebrow....money snatchers....beware
